Very terrible place. Was involved in an accident. I had backed into someone. Did no damage to the vehicle. The driver had no drivers license. The people tried to commit insurance fraud and it was known by Dixie Thurman that they were trying to commit insurance fraud. They still got a pay out though and my premium went up. Now they are actively trying to get rid of us. Are very unhelpful. I requested to speak to Dixie, they always say she is out. Said they would call us back. Never do. I want to save people time and keep people from being stressed out so DO NOT GET INSURANCE THERE. Another thing is they send out letters saying you owe 200 dollars and that your insurance will be terminated even though you are all paid up.
